Hot Mess

This is not necessarily a critique of PTX--they are incredible musicians and each is SO talented. That said, Kevin wasnt on stage with the rest of the group. Without explanation, he was streamed in from another location and was only present on the screen. I think they did the best they could with the situation but it was definitely disappointing. That definitely wasnt the worst of it though. The venue was awful. When I arrived there was a line wrapped around the building with folks waiting to get in and it wasnt until I'd been in line for over 30 mins (in 30 degree weather) that someone from the venue suggested that we go to the other entrance where there were literally seven times as many scanners. By that time we'd missed half of the opening act. I will probably try to see PTX again in the future but I wont be going back to the Greensboro Coliseum.
